We will have 6 short-term joint staff training events and 6 short-term exchanges of groups of pupils meetings during this project which are necessary in order to achieve the project goals. Host schools will plan and organize meeting activities, local transportation and accomodation. Teachers will stay at a hotel and students will be hosted by families. Host school will prepare and send invitation letters and meeting programmes to the visiting schools, separately for teachers and students, on time. At the end of each visit, the host school will give certificates of attendance to all visitor participants.
In order to ensure good cooperation and communication between the partners during the implementation of the project we have commonly selected one day per month to have a common chat video conference. So far, we have been communicating extensively on Whats App, via emails and through WikiSpace in order to discuss about the tasks, accomplishments, problems and difficulties, make suggestions, find solutions and write together our application form for the “LoveLife” project.
Except during LTTAs, cooperation and communication will remain mainly at distance through the use of the internet (chat, e-mail sending, text and image files, audio and video files, project platforms, eTwinning, social media) on the teachers' side. The project platforms and schools' web pages will provide a lot of information on project activities, reports and presentations. Since the very beginning of the project they will also serve as a learning and teaching tool and as platform for exchanging ideas. In case of emergency, we will use the phone as a faster and more accurate way of communication even though the costs will be higher. It might also necessary to use the postal services to send official documents and some final products.
