How is participation in this activity going to benefit the involved participants? 

The overall aim of the “Love Life” project activities is to stress the importance of all components of wellbeing for a healthy and fulfilling life, namely physical, emotional, spiritual, intellectual and social wellbeing. As an increasing number of students are struggling through school and life in general, it is paramount that we provide them with the necessary competences and resilience skills to cope in life and develop an overall wellness.
Participation in the LTT activities will:
·         promote the intercultural dialogue and encourage European citizenship
·         enhance active participation,  interaction and communication skills
·         enhance competences in foreign languages and increase motivation towards foreign language learning
·         promote ITC use and increase digital skills
·         motivate towards setting and achieving personal goals
·         enhance self-awareness and self-esteem
·         promote values, such as tolerance and acceptance and combat negative attitudes, such as racism, xenophobia and violence
·         develop "learning-how-to-learn" skills
·         enhance critical thinking and creativity
·         promote positive attitudes towards fitness and healthy eating habits
·         develop competences on managing effectively feelings and emotions
·         increase motivation for better success at school, in family life and in the community
·         sensitize towards making healthy choices and informed decisions
·         enhance organizational skills, such as planning, implementing and evaluating
·         engage in innovative teaching methods and approaches
·         encourage the entire school community to be proactive in promoting wellness
·         cater for social, linguistic and cultural diversity
·         help increase the teachers’ initiative and motivation, as well as the satisfaction in their work, combating “burn-out”
·         inform about good practices in other schools/countries
